2. Self-check without a contact request
Your six answers and score are processed exclusively in your browser. Without submitting the contact form, they are not transferred to ezsrv or stored permanently. They are lost when you leave or reload the page. The assessment is non-binding guidance; it is not an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Optional contact request
When you click the Calendly button after completing the required fields and giving consent, we save your name, email address, phone number, optional company, country, assigned contact person, six answers, score and assessment, and the time and language version of your consent in the website database. Only after successful saving are you directed via an external link to book on Calendly. Calendly is not embedded beforehand; contact details and self-check results are not passed to Calendly through the link address. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and contact you about your service processes. You are not subscribed to a newsletter and your data is not automatically forwarded to Responder Video.
The legal basis is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing volker.spahn@web.de, with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Name, email address, phone number, country and consent are required to book after the self-check; company is optional. Without consent you can still use the full assessment and contact us directly by email.
4. Direct enquiries by email
When you email us, we process your contact details and message content to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or pre-contractual steps are involved, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling incoming business enquiries. Messages sent to this address are processed through WEB.DE (1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Germany). Details are available in the WEB.DE privacy notice.
The terms, settings and deletion periods applicable to the mailbox used must be checked before business use.
5. Hosting and data processing agreements
5.1 ezsrv.eu: IONOS web hosting in Germany
For ezsrv.eu, we use IONOS web hosting in Germany. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Processing serves website delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable, secure operation.
5.2 Data processing agreement
IONOS provides a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. According to IONOS, it has been included in the terms of new contracts since 19 July 2022. Older contracts may require a separate agreement. The specific contractual status must be checked in the customer account.

5.3 This draft on ChatGPT Sites
This draft, accessible through chatgpt.site, runs on OpenAI ChatGPT Sites. For an operator in the European Economic Area, the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum names OpenAI Ireland Ltd as processor. This website's technical infrastructure uses Cloudflare, including a D1 database. Engaged service providers may process data for hosting and technical support.
Processing exclusively within the EU is not guaranteed. For transfers from the EEA to third countries, the Sites Addendum provides for standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. The specific processing locations and access arrangements must be verified before public release.
6. Technical visitor data at IONOS
According to IONOS, web hosting records the referrer, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP address. Visitor data is retained for eight weeks. IONOS states that these web-hosting visitor data are neither shared with third parties nor transferred to third countries.

The eight-week period applies to the visitor data described by IONOS. It does not automatically apply to contact enquiries, emails, application logs or data in the self-check database. The ChatGPT Sites draft is subject to the hosting information in section 5.3.
7. WebAnalytics, cookies and browser storage
7.1 IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS describes WebAnalytics as enabled by default with web hosting. Statistics use log files or a counting pixel, without cookies. IONOS states that the transmitted IP address is immediately anonymised. The purposes are statistical evaluation and technical optimisation. The legal basis for preceding personal-data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7.2 Browser storage and other services
We have not integrated our own analytics or marketing services. After acknowledging the storage notice, the value ezsrv-cookie-notice is placed in your browser's local storage so the notice does not reappear. It contains no self-check answers or contact details and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time through your browser data settings. Technically necessary hosting access and security functions are separate. Section 25(2) TDDDG applies to strictly necessary storage or access; additional non-essential services would only be activated after separate consent.
8. Retention and deletion
Contact details and check results are needed only while the enquiry is being handled and the requested follow-up is carried out. Once this purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, they must be deleted unless statutory retention duties or necessary evidence require otherwise. Business records subject to statutory retention are handled separately under the applicable periods. This draft has no automatic deletion routine yet; a binding review and deletion procedure for contact enquiries must be established before public operation. 9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.
